Very Good

Extremely good location, in the middke of a student neighborhood, with plenty of food and store options opened all night long and a lot of life outside of the hotel. The room is simple, clean and serves its purpose. It won’t provide luxury, but it will perfectly fit the purpose of a guesthouse.

The building itself was a bit run down, and the kitchen didn’t have much.

Everything is good!

Very convenient, great location. Clean with great facility.

Toilet a bit slow, combined with shower. A little difficult to call for taxi due to its location, I guess.

Would make this place my go-to if not for the fridge and light

The host is very patient and I like that there are washing machines and dryers. It felt like a mini home than hotel, which was nice for a longer stay. Location is unbeatable - 3min walk from the subway

The fridge was really noisy. the automatic light at the room enterance switches on somehow each time the fridge finishes a noisy run, or if someone outside walks pass. Would be better to remove the fridge and change automatic light to a normal light switch.

Perfect stay

The location is great! Only 3 minutes by walking from the Sinchon station. There is the elevator at Exit4 so it’s very convenient when you travel with big luggage. The room is same as in the photo. Everything is well-prepared and provided. I read comments before I arrive there, some wrote about the noise from Karaoke. However, there is earplug prepared in the room. For myself, it is not the big problem. I heard only 1 time in the bathroom from total 5 nights and it is quite short. The host, hyejeong, is so kind. She replied us so quickly when I need some help. My flight is a bit early but we can keep the luggage at the front of counter before check-in and after check out.

Wonderful

Great value for money, central location close to lots of public transport routes, and an easy check-in (especially as I was checking in late). It was perfect for a solo traveller, and I felt safe coming and going. I didn't use the kitchen or laundry facilities, but appreciated the option.

Would have loved to have been able to open the window, even if there was no view (it seemed to have a plastic coating / bubble wrap covering it?)

Great location - close to subway stations, walking distance to Hongdae area, and good nearby restaurants. Having the washer & dryer was so nice and the host was very helpful :) There is a karaoke bar downstairs but I didn’t notice any noise issues during the stay

Very convenient, that's all

Great location, close to the station, shopping and food are not a problem. The staff is very kind.I was able to change towels, use the kitchen and wash comfortably.

There was a KARAOKE room below and I heard the singing voice by midnight. I slept well because I was tired, but please be careful if you are concerned.

Amazing place, incredible neighborhood!!!

The place was amazing. It was very clean and had everything at disposition, even a wash machine. It was very well located, near to the subway. Also, the neighborhood was dynamic with lots of places to go out, eat, sing, drink... Next time I'm coming back, I will not hesitate to book again there. Thank you !

Great!

- Everything is perfect! - Location is very good. Easily finding sth to eat even in the midnight. 2 minimarts are near the guesthouse. Many night bus pass by, so it's convenient even coming back late at night. Easily getting from and to airport by airport bus. The fee is 17,000 won per round, trust me it's valuable. - Netflix and youtube app in television :) - Staffs are great! I think this place can be one of my choice if I have a chance to go to Seoul again.

There are sth I dislike but I think it's okay because the guesthouse has a solution to solve the problems : - I read some comments about the sound from karaoke on 2nd floor, that's why they provide the earplug in the room. I don't know it might be because of my room location or not, I only heard the music while being in the restroom. So I didnt have any problems with the noise from karaoke. I could sleep easily. - actually I dont like Korean towel. It's small hahaha but it's okay because you can get the new one if you want.

I didnt meet the owner but she/he replied msg very quick so i dont have any concern not meeting them in person. The room is clean and very close to subway station / airport bus stop. There a lot of restaurant / shop around hotel.

There is karaoke shop downstair so you may hear some singing at night (its not that loud that u cannot sleep)
